The loss of strength and stamina often attributed to aging is partly caused by reduced
physical activity. But research suggests that regular physical activity can help older
people maintain or restore their strength, balance, flexibility and endurance.
Keep going is a hands-on workshop that offers tips and tools for
older adults to increase their level of physical activity.
The workshop includes:
- Basic fitness components.
- Ways to be active every day.
- Exercise demonstrations.
- Tips on how to develop a stronger relationship with your doctor.
