Asian Guacamole
2 medium Haas avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
1/2 cup diced white onion
1/2 cup diced tomato
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro leaves
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
2 tsp. Sriracha chili sauce
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season to taste. Makes 8 servings.
Per serving (1/2 cup): Calories 70, protein 1 g., carbohydrates 5 g., total fat
6 g., saturated fat 1 g., cholesterol 0 mg., sodium 70 mg., fiber 3 g., Weight Watchers

Papaya Smoothie
4 cups peeled, seeded and diced papaya
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup reduced fat (2%) milk
1 cup sliced banana
8 ice cubes
2 Tbsp. honey
4 tsp. fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into glasses. Makes
4 servings.
Per serving (2 cups): Calories 230, protein 4 g., carbohydrates 52 g., total fat
2 g., saturated fat 1 g., cholesterol 5 mg., sodium 30 mg., fiber 4 g., Weight Watchers
POINTS value: 4.
Note: Do not feed honey to infants 12 months old or younger.
