Through online chats via the Web or by email or telephone, doctors can review your relevant patient information, discuss your condition and answer questions, prescribe medication as appropriate, and recommend follow-up care. After each session, you can forward notes from the conversation to your primary care physician and keep an online record for your reference. All of the online doctors are part of HMSA’s provider network, so you are guaranteed exceptional care from qualified, local doctors.
